Who we are
Northline Digital (“we”, “us”) sells digital products, including the AI Visibility Starter Kit, and operates related websites and communications.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Checkout and order data processed by our payment and delivery provider, Lemon Squeezy (and its payment processors), such as name, email, billing details, and purchase history needed to complete the sale and deliver the download.
- Support communications you send to support@northlinedigital.com (content of your message and contact details).
- Website / analytics data if our site uses standard hosting or analytics tools (IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed)—only to the extent those tools are enabled.
- Marketing email only if you opt in or as otherwise allowed for existing customers (for example, material product-update notices related to a purchase).
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use data
- Fulfill orders and provide download access (including updated builds of the same product).
- Provide customer support and replace or refund defective or materially misdescribed downloads under our refund policy.
- Send transactional messages and, when we choose, material “what’s new” update notices for products you purchased.
- Operate, secure, and improve our site and products.
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Processors and sharing
Lemon Squeezy acts as our merchant of record / checkout and digital delivery provider for store purchases. Lemon Squeezy (and subprocessors it uses for payments, fraud prevention, and hosting) process purchaser data under their own privacy policy and terms. We receive what we need to fulfill and support your order (for example, order identity and contact email).
We may also use email or hosting providers as processors to run support and our website. We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing.
Retention
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Your choices
- Access, correction, or deletion requests: email support@northlinedigital.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain data where law requires.
- Marketing: unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or contact support. Transactional and purchase-related notices (including material product updates) may still be sent when appropriate.
- Lemon Squeezy account / library: manage re-downloads and account settings in Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal under their policies.
Children
Our products are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
International users
If you purchase from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our processors (including Lemon Squeezy) operate.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision. Continued use of our site or products after an update means you accept the revised policy.
