Agreement
By visiting https://northlinedigital.com, purchasing a Northline Digital product (including via Lemon Squeezy), or downloading our digital goods, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Products and license
Digital products such as the AI Visibility Starter Kit are licensed, not sold as unrestricted ownership of the underlying IP. Your rights are set out in the purchaser license included with the product (COPYRIGHT.md or equivalent) and these Terms. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, licenses are limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable for personal or internal business use as described in the product license.
Checkout via Lemon Squeezy
Store checkout, payment, tax collection (where applicable), and initial file delivery for listed products are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record / commerce provider. Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to the purchase transaction. Pricing, currency, and taxes shown at checkout are controlled in the Lemon Squeezy listing as configured by us and locked by Owners before publish.
Delivery and updates
After purchase, you receive a digital download. We may replace the product file with improved builds of the same product. When we do, you may re-download the current file from your Lemon Squeezy order / library under Lemon Squeezy’s re-download rules, at no extra charge for ordinary updates. Material updates may be announced; minor fixes may be silent. A new product (new SKU) is only created when we designate a major scope change—not for ordinary research-driven revisions.
Refunds
If the download fails or the product is materially not as described, contact support@northlinedigital.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Otherwise, sales are non-refundable after a successful download, except where required by applicable law. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, may also issue refunds within 60 days at their discretion under their buyer policies.
Later product updates do not create a new refund right or restart the refund window.
Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our kits (or substantial portions) as a competing product, template pack, or course; remove copyright notices; or use kit materials to train or publish a competing “AI visibility” product without a separate written license from us.
Disclaimers
Educational and informational tools only. We do not guarantee crawl, citation, ranking, recommendation, traffic, sales, or any particular AI or search outcome. llms.txt and related practices are emerging and not universally supported. Products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northline Digital’s total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when a revision is published. Continued use or a new purchase after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for that use or purchase.
